Demand-orientated professional development supports this goal. Each year, the training-demand planning evaluates the needs of each individual associate. In addition to standardised group training, individual performance management programs, certifying programs (for our sales representatives) and specialized training (for our associates in manufacturing), we offer a multitude of individual trainings and cross-functional programs.
