Performance Management Program:
Transparent performance evaluation
To work with dedication, every associate needs to know exactly what is expected from them. The Performance Management Program (PMP) simplifies the definition of goals and makes the yearly performance evaluation transparent.
A meeting to set the targets between the associate and his supervisor takes place at the beginning of the year. This forms the basis for the expectations of both the associate and supervisor for the following fiscal year. A second meeting in the middle of the year supports the associate and provides a perspective on the status of target achievement. The extent to which the agreed objectives are achieved is reviewed by the associate, together with his supervisor, at the end of each year.
Transparent targets guarantee objectivity
The Performance Management Program (PMP) is a classic management tool that provides an assessment according to clear standards. In addition, regular PMP discussions offer the opportunity for regular dialogue between the associate and his or her supervisor. The targets (and the degree of target achievement) of each associate are retained in a database, ensuring objectivity of the evaluations maintained.
