To meet the needs of each individual and deliver targeted training within the Goodyear Dunlop group in Europe, Middle East & Africa, the Sales Academy was launched.
The educational needs of each associate in the sales force are identified in order to conduct a targeted and personally tailored development program. The program covers a range of topics including sales skills, product knowledge, computer applications, marketing, finance, and business management.
