Our requirements for a direct entry
To start your career as a university graduate at Goodyear Dunlop Europe you need to have excellent qualifications and relevant practical experience through internships.

Trainee Programme (national) and European Graduate Programme (international)

We are looking for young, highly motivated graduates in any of the following disciplines:

Engineers with the following specialisations: automation technology, process engineering and manufacturing, waste management / environmental technology, plastics engineering or industrial engineering.

Economists in the fields of: accounting, finance, controlling, purchasing, sales or human resources (general and labour law).

You can expect a tailored 12 -, 18 - or 24-month trainee programme within your field of specialization. While taking part in the programme you will focus on your future tasks. When working on projects, you will receive a deep insight into our business processes. Continuous feedback on your development will provide you with a good foundation for success. Throughout the program, you will also receive support from our personal development team. Furthermore, as part of European Graduate Program, you will get the chance to meet with international trainees every 3 months; to work together on international projects and to form an international network.

Our requirements for a trainee programme:

- A successfully completed degree
- First practical experience (e.g. internships), if possible abroad
- Interest and motivation for continuous development
- High level of personal initiative and dedication
- Motivation, mobility and flexibility
- Team skills and social competence
- Language skills (English is a must)
- IT skills

At the end of the program, you will have built up an excellent network and will be well prepared to take your next steps into the future at Goodyear Dunlop Europe.
